The 12th Annual Meeting of the Global Alliance for Medical Education held in New York City last June was a rousing success. With the theme of "Harmonization of CME Systems Around the World", CME experts from many different countries provided vital information on CME requirements, perspectives and trends from different regions of the world.

In 2007 the AMEE Conference moved north, to Trondheim in Norway. The plenary and symposia sessions, together with the posters and exhibits, were held at Trondheim Spektrum Conference Centre. Short communications and workshops took place at the medical campus at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
GAME was there in force with several well-attended presentations.
